ArchFine.com respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using our service.
Copyright Infringement Notification
If you believe that content available on or through ArchFine.com infringes your copyright, please notify our designated Copyright Agent by providing the following information in writing:
Required Information for DMCA Takedown Notice
- Identification of the copyrighted work: Identify the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, you may provide a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the infringing material: Identify the material that you claim is infringing and that is to be removed, including:
- URL or other specific location on ArchFine.com where the material is located
- Sufficient detail to allow us to locate the material
- Description of the infringing content
- Your contact information: Provide your contact information so we can contact you, including:
- Your full legal name
- Mailing address
- Telephone number
- Email address
- Good faith statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Accuracy statement: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Signature: Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full legal name will suffice as an electronic signature).

What Happens After We Receive Your Notice
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
- Notify the user who posted the material about the removal
- Provide the user with your DMCA notice (with your personal contact information redacted)
- Inform the user of their right to file a counter-notification
Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Copyright Agent. Your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice
Repeat Infringer Policy
ArchFine has a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the Service and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
False Claims
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability. We may seek damages from any party that submits a DMCA notification or counter-notification in bad faith.

Please be aware that filing a DMCA notice or counter-notification is a serious legal matter. We recommend consulting with an attorney before filing a DMCA notice or counter-notification. The DMCA process is governed by federal law, and improper use of the process may result in liability for damages and attorneys' fees.
