Refund Eligibility

Credit-Based Refund Policy

Since ArchFine operates on a credit-based system where you consume credits as you use our AI design services, refunds are handled based on actual usage:

New Customer Satisfaction Guarantee:

  • If you're unsatisfied with your first purchase and have used less than 20% of your credits, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase
  • Refund amount will be prorated based on unused credits
  • This applies only to your first purchase as a new customer

Example: If you purchased 100 credits for $29 and used only 15 credits, you're eligible for a refund of the unused 85 credits.

Monthly Subscriptions

  • Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time
  • No refunds are provided for the current billing period as credits are made available immediately upon payment
  • Unused credits from monthly subscriptions do not roll over to the next month
  • You retain access to your subscription features until the end of the current billing cycle

Annual Subscriptions

  • Annual subscriptions provide better value with monthly credit allocations
  • If you're unsatisfied within the first 7 days and have used less than 20% of your first month's credits, you may request a prorated refund
  • After 7 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but can be cancelled to prevent future renewals
  • Unused credits expire at the end of your subscription period

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • High usage: If you've used more than 20% of your purchased credits
  • Subscription renewals: Only initial purchases qualify for refund consideration
  • Violations of Terms of Service: Accounts suspended for misuse or abuse
  • Change of mind after usage: Once credits are substantially used, no refunds
  • Credit purchases: One-time credit purchases are non-refundable after any credits are used
  • Add-ons or upgrades: Additional features purchased separately
  • Third-party services: External integrations or services
  • Promotional or bonus credits: Free credits provided as promotions

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Support: Email us at support@archfine.com
  2. Provide Details: Include your account email, purchase date, and reason for the refund request
  3. Review Process: Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
  4. Refund Processing: If approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method

Cancellation Policy

How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time by:

  • Visiting your account settings and clicking "Cancel Subscription"
  • Contacting our support team at support@archfine.com

Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your subscription features and unused credits until the end of your current billing period. No automatic renewal will occur after cancellation.

Payment Disputes

If you believe you've been charged incorrectly, please contact us at billing@archfine.com before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We're committed to resolving any billing issues promptly and fairly.

Note: Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account and forfeiture of any credits or access.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
